Account Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts Executive who has strong working knowledge of Tally and Excel. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, data entry, reconciliation, and supporting financial documentation for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally ERP.
• Handle accounts payable & receivable entries.
• Manage sales, purchase, and expense postings.
• Prepare and update Excel sheets for financial tracking and reporting.
• Assist in bank reconciliation, cash reconciliation, and ledger maintenance.
• Support monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Organize and maintain invoice files, receipts, and vouchers.
• Coordinate with internal teams for required financial information.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience using Tally (ERP / Prime).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience working in a small or mid-size business environment.
• Knowledge of GST entries and invoice handling (optional).
