Job Description

As an Accounting Assistant at Fox Exports Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve reconciling invoices, creating and updating expense reports, processing reimbursement forms, preparing bank deposits, entering financial transactions into internal databases, checking spreadsheets for accuracy, maintaining digital and physical financial records, and issuing invoices to customers and external partners as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies by reviewing invoices for accuracy in financial records. - Creating and updating expense reports to keep them up-to-date. - Processing reimbursement forms efficiently. - Ensuring timely and accurate bank deposits by preparing bank deposits. - Recording financial data accurately by entering financial transactions into internal databases. - Verifying numerical data by checking spreadsheets for accuracy. - Organizing and safeguarding financial documents by maintaining digital and physical financial records. - Issuing invoices to customers and external partners as required. Qualifications Required: - Prior work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk for at least 1 year with any CA firm. - Familiarity with basic bookkeeping procedures. - Awareness of finance regulations and rules. - Strong math skills for handling numerical calculations and identifying errors. - Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software like Tally and Busy. - Excellent organizational skills for managing tasks and maintaining records. - Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
