Job Description

As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial activities, ensuring accuracy in accounting records, and supporting the company’s financial reporting. You will oversee account reconciliations, tax compliance, and financial documentation while coordinating with internal departments to maintain smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including invoices, payments, receipts, and expense tracking.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP 9).
• Perform ledger postings, bank reconciliations, and monitoring of outstanding balances.
• Prepare and file GST returns and ensure timely tax compliance.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for financial data collection and verification.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and assist external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
• Analyze financial data to identify issues, trends, and improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP 9 preferred).
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
