Hiring – Account Executive.

Job Location: - New Delhi (Mahipalpur).

Experience: - 1+ years in accounting roles.

Salary Budget: - 2.5 LPA.

Qualification: - Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B. Com or equivalent); M. Com/MBA (Finance) preferred.

Notice Period: Immediate or less than 30 days will be Preferred.

Job Requirements: -
Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance in India.High level of accuracy, integrity, and organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities: -
Accounting & BookkeepingMaintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally or relevant ERP software.Record all purchases, sales, expenses, receipts, and journal entries.Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices and bills.

Accounts Payable & Receivable
Manage vendor bills, payment processing, and reconciliations.Monitor customer receivables and follow up for collections.Reconcile vendor and customer statements regularly.

Banking & Reconciliation
Prepare and update bank statements.Perform monthly bank and cash reconciliations.Handle petty cash and maintain proper records.

Taxation & Compliance
Assist in monthly GST calculation, return filing, and input credit reconciliation.Help in TDS deduction, payment, and return filing.Maintain compliance documentation and support during audits.

Reporting
Prepare monthly reports on sales, expenses, and cash flow.Assist in preparing MIS reports for internal review.Support year-end closing and financial audits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,040.63 - ₹17,409.72 per month
