Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Accounts Executive with strong experience in TDS, GST, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Taxation (TDS & GST)

Prepare and file TDS returns, ensure timely deductions and payments.
Manage GST compliance, including GST returns, reconciliations, and documentation.
Maintain records of Input Tax Credit (ITC) and assist in resolving GST-related queries.

2. Accounts Payable (AP)

Process vendor invoices, verify supporting documents, and ensure timely payments.
Maintain vendor accounts, track outstanding dues, and handle payment follow-ups.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

3. Accounts Receivable (AR)

Prepare customer invoices, maintain receivable statements, and follow up for payments.
Reconcile customer accounts and monitor ageing reports.
Coordinate with the sales team for billing accuracy and collection updates.

4. General Accounting

Assist in daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
Support month-end closing activities, bank reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

5. Compliance & Coordination

Ensure adherence to statutory accounting standards and company policies.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
Provide timely reports to the Accounts Manager/Finance Head.

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, AP & AR processes.
Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Accounting Software.
Good understanding of MS Excel.
Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination skills.
