Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Operator to manage procurement activities on the GeM portal. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with GeM operations, strong MS skills, and basic accounting knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage catalog creation on, product listening, bid uploading, and order processing on the GeM portal. -Track tenders, bids, and reverse auctions, prepare and submit required documentation. -Maintain compliance with GeM rules and government procurement guidelines. -Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, product details, and documentation. -Track Purchase Orders (PO), invoices, payments, and shipment status. -Prepare MIS reports and maintain data using MS Excel. -Support basic accountinng tasks such as invoice preparation and reconciliation. Required Skills & Qualifications 1-2 years of experience operating the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. Basic accounting knowledge (invoice handling, reconciliation)
