Position: Accounts & Back Office Executive

Salary: ₹3 LPA

Qualification: B.Com

Experience: 1–2 years

Working Days – 6 days (9:30AM to 6:30PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries (Purchase, Sales, Receipts, Payments, Expenses).
• Manage GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance data (with support from seniors/CA).
• Maintain ledger accounts, vouchers, and documentation.
• Assist in bank reconciliation, cash handling, and vendor/customer follow-ups.
• Prepare and update MIS reports, Excel sheets, and internal records.
• Perform back-office tasks such as data entry, documentation, filing, and coordination.
• Support management with administrative tasks and daily operations.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, emails, and documentation.
• Experience with Tally / ERP software (add if required).
• Good communication, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and handle back-office responsibilities efficiently.
