KRA – Accounts Assistant

  • Bookkeeping & Ledger Management
  • Maintain accurate day-to-day financial records and ledgers in Tally with timely updates.
  • Voucher & Documentation Handling
  • Prepare, verify, and process all vouchers (payment, receipt, journal) with complete supporting documents for transparency and audit readiness.
  • Billing, Payments & Reconciliation
  • Assist in raising invoices to clients, follow-up for payments, manage vendor/employee reimbursements, and reconcile bank statements & petty cash.
  • Compliance & CA Coordination
  • Ensure GST, TDS, and other statutory records are maintained; regularly coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for filings and compliance.
  • Reporting & Audit Support
  • Maintain organized records, generate financial reports as required, and support in smooth internal/external audits.
  • Department Coordination
  • Liaise with Operations, Production, and HR teams for expense tracking and event-related financial documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
