Account Assistant

Job Description: As an Account Assistant at our company based in Vadodara, you will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting and finance team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth financial operations by assisting in maintaining financial records, processing transactions, reconciling bank statements, and providing necessary administrative support. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in day-to-day accounting operations such as data entry and ledger maintenance, reconciling bank statements, supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, maintaining organized financial records, preparing and submitting reports to management, as well as handling general administrative tasks related to finance and accounts. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or be currently pursuing one. Previous experience in an accounting support role will be advantageous. You should possess a basic knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software like Tally and SAP, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, good communication and interpersonal abilities, and the capability to maintain confidentiality and work with integrity. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts with fixed timings. The work location is in person.
