Account Assistance

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Record Keeping:Update and maintain general ledgers, balance sheets, and other financial documents. 
• Transaction Processing:Record daily financial transactions, such as cash receipts, payments, and invoices. 
• Bank Reconciliation:Compare company bank records with internal financial records to ensure accuracy. 
• Accounts Management:Handle accounts payable (paying suppliers) and accounts receivable (collecting from customers). 
• Payroll & Tax Support:Assist with processing weekly payroll and preparing tax returns. 
• Report Preparation:Help prepare periodic financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. 
• Document Organization:File, organize, and maintain financial records, both digital and physical. 
• Budget Assistance:Gather and analyze financial data to support budget preparation. 
• Audit Support:Provide financial documents and records for internal and external audits. 

Skills and Qualifications
