Report Preparation: Help prepare periodic financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Document Organization: File, organize, and maintain financial records, both digital and physical. Budget Assistance: Gather and analyze financial data to support budget preparation. Audit Support: Provide financial documents and records for internal and external audits. Skills and Qualifications Attention to Detail: Crucial for ensuring accuracy in financial data. Organizational Skills: Needed to manage multiple tasks and maintain financial documents. Communication Skills: Essential for interacting with team members and external contacts. Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software (like QuickBooks), spreadsheets (Excel), and other computer systems is often required.
