Job Overview: We are seeking a technically sound and experienced Sales Engineer with a strong focus on AC drives to drive sales in industrial automation , including PLC systems, HMI interfaces , and related components. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in AC drive sales. Key Responsibilities: Generate and follow up on leads for AC drives and automation products . Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and technical discussions. Identify customer requirements and provide tailored solutions involving AC drives, PLCs, and HMIs. Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the pre-sales and engineering team. Build strong relationships with OEMs, system integrators, and end-users. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and service support. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to develop effective sales strategies. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report performance metrics to management. Required Qualifications: Diploma / BE in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Industrial Electronics. 5–10 years of experience in technical sales with a prime focus on AC drives . Good working knowledge of automation systems (PLC, HMI) and industrial control products. Proven track record in handling product lines of Delta, Inovasis, Danfoss, Schneider, Fuji, or Omron . Preferred Skills: Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Customer-orientated approach with problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage territory-based sales.
