Accessibility Analyst

Job Description: You will be responsible for supporting the execution of the Oracle Accessibility Policy for Oracle Health products to ensure and report on accessibility conformance. Your efforts will play a key role in positioning Oracle Health products more favorably in sales opportunities and reducing the legal, contractual, and reputational risks associated with accessibility conformance. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize knowledge of accessibility testing methods using various assistive technologies such as JAWS, VoiceOver, Dragon, input devices, Braille devices, etc. - Apply expertise in tech stacks including Desktop for Windows, HTML, and native Mobile to contribute effectively to the team. - Review accessibility bugs for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with accessibility standards. - Provide technical guidance on identifying whether an issue is a bug and/or how to address it properly. - Support Oracle Health Product Development teams in understanding how to test for accessibility conformance against accessibility standards in accordance with Oracle policies. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in accessibility testing methods and tools, particularly with assistive technologies. - Strong understanding of tech stacks including Desktop for Windows, HTML, and native Mobile. - Excellent communication skills to provide clear technical guidance and support to teams.,
