This role is crucial for generating sustainable financial growth through boosting sales, generating leads, and forging strong relationships with clients in the healthcare sector. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Sales & Business development · Market Development Lead will be responsible for developing, planning, and executing initiatives in line with the company's healthcare market access development efforts with a defined sales goals and KPI’s for performance · Identifying, Assist in preparing and managing Request for Proposals ( RFPs), Request for Interest (RFIs) for healthcare clients along with liaison and closure all potential opportunities · Experience in dealing with Public Health Sector and building relationships, partnerships and collaborations with Govt and related stakeholders at state and country level · Identify and qualify potential new healthcare clients through market research, networking, and innovative lead generation strategies. · Responsible for conduct initial outreach to potential clients through various channels to gauge interest and generate leads, sealing opportunity and bring business for healthcare advisory vertical. · Understanding the donors and its landscape in the country · S/He will be acting as the focal point for the Company's healthcare access solutions and initiatives in India by building strategic partnerships, relationships and collaborations with provider associations, hospitals, donors, and key stakeholders. · The role is also responsible for developing and executing deals with potential client , as well as conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness. Client relationship management · Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in donors and healthcare organizations. · Collaborate with our healthcare advisors to understand and effectively communicate our service offerings · Organize and prepare for business meetings with prospective clients, delivering compelling presentations on our healthcare consulting services. Market Analysis and Research · Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target markets in the healthcare industry. · Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on performance. · Support in conducting market outreach activities like round tables, Webinar and Seminar. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES: Educational background · Master in business administration, marketing or a related discipline preferred.
