Access Governance Technical Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst in the Cyber Information Security department at UBS, you will play a crucial role in developing IT product increments by applying business analysis techniques. You should possess a problem-solving attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive change by proposing robust solutions. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with colleagues to understand business requirements, eliciting, analyzing, and communicating requirements, as well as conducting impact analysis and validating acceptance criteria. It is essential to ensure that requirements are well-understood within the pod and work closely with team members to develop feasible solutions. You will be part of a global Access Governance team within the Technology Services division, working in an Agile environment following UBS principles. Your team will consist of a product manager, pod lead, technical and quality assurance engineers. To excel in this role, you should have a degree in Computer Science, Management, or related field, along with at least 8 years of experience in business analysis, particularly in documenting business, functional, and non-functional requirements. Experience in Identity and Access Management is a must, and familiarity with tools for data analysis, delivery management tools, and strong communication skills in English are required.
