Academics Program Manager :
About the Role:
We are seeking an Academic Program Manager with proven, practical experience in data analytics (DA), Python, and SQL. This is not a traditional data science or highly technical engineering position. Instead, our ideal candidate brings hands-on technical fluency together with collaborative, people-oriented strengths to support program delivery, manage teams, and drive learner engagement.
The position emphasizes:
Technical proficiency:
Practical knowledge of data analytics techniques, Python, and SQL.
Team leadership:
Demonstrated experience in managing, leading, or coordinating a team.
Collaborative approach:
Ability to work effectively with educators, program, and learners to achieve academic and organisational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting learners growth and delivering outcomes in an academic setting.
- Interview and B2B Operations.
- Driving placements and learners supply for industry demands
- Structuring training and company-specific preparations for the learners.
- High face time with leadership team, along with sales and marketing partnerships
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in data-oriented or program management roles.
- Strong understanding of data analytics tools and workflows (SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Proven experience in team management leading academic or operations teams is mandatory.
- Experience in teaching, mentoring, or prior work in EdTech is preferred (but not mandatory).
- Solid understanding of program management principles and the ability to manage multiple academic streams simultaneously.
