Academic Technical Trainer

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT Development industry. You are well versed in Java, Python (OOP), Relational Database, Git, Maven, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Agile Methodology, and Spring Boot/Similar frameworks. It would be beneficial if you have knowledge of React and Typescript. Moreover, having knowledge of other technology landscapes like AI and Data Engineering is considered a plus. You have experience in designing and delivering technical training plans. Your excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for this role. Strong organizational and time-management abilities are necessary. You should be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple training programs simultaneously. Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving are key qualities for this position.,
