Role Overview
As a Academic Mentor, you will be a key guide for students in our Integrated School Program, which prepares them for NEET, JEE, and Board exams. You'll be responsible for tracking their academic progress, providing strategic support, and helping them balance the demands of different exam formats to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Academic Strategy: Evaluate student performance across Daily Practice Problems (DPPs) and Chapter-Wise Exams (CWEs) for NEET, JEE, and Board syllabi. Analyze performance data to identify trends, pinpointing discrepancies between exam types (e.g., strong Board scores but weak JEE scores) to create effective corrective plans.
• Curriculum Management: Align teaching methods with the academic calendar, ensuring a balanced approach that covers theoretical depth for Board exams and application-based, MCQ-focused techniques for NEET and JEE. You'll also adjust DPP evaluations to reflect both descriptive and multiple-choice formats.
• Student Mentorship: Proactively mentor a cohort of 35+ students. Maintain detailed logs of their progress, provide supportive and motivating feedback, and set clear short-term goals. You will conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions, provide individual feedback, and oversee hostel rounds to ensure discipline.
• Parent Communication: Maintain bi-weekly communication with parents to discuss student performance, attendance, and well-being. Clearly explain the benefits of our integrated curriculum to address any concerns they may have about balancing Board vs. competitive exam priorities. You will also handle fee-related matters and keep records up to date.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
