About the Role

Xylem Learning is on the lookout for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Academic Executives to join our high-performing counselling and admissions team in Kozhikode. In this role, you'll work closely with students and their families to help them make informed academic choices, drive student enrolments, and support the organization’s growth.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a background in academic counselling, consultative sales, or education services who are eager to support learners while meeting performance and business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential students and parents through both inbound and outbound calls using our internal lead database.
• Understand individual student needs, goals, and challenges to recommend suitable programs.
• Confidently present and promote Xylem Learning’s academic offerings and value propositions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships through personalized guidance and consistent follow-ups.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly enrolment and revenue targets.
• Accurately update and maintain records of interactions, follow-ups, and enrolments using the CRM system.
• Collaborate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to stay updated on programs, promotions, and policies.
• Share feedback and insights to enhance lead quality, conversion tactics, and student experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in academic counselling, student advisory, or sales (preferably in the education sector).
• Track record of achieving sales or enrolment targets is a plus.
• Females preferred

• Quick to adapt and solve problems in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Malayalam preferred; English language skills are an advantage.
