Academic Counselor(Tamil-Speaking)

We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive who can effectively communicate in Tamil and navigate the complexities of the Tamil Nadu market. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Tamil Nadu, leveraging your network and market knowledge.

2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

3. Market Analysis: Conduct market research, analyzing trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform business strategies.

4. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, working closely with cross-functional teams.

5. Communication: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to clients and stakeholders in Tamil.

6. Reporting: Provide regular sales performance reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Fluency in Tamil (speaking, reading, and writing); proficiency in English is also essential

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field

- Strong understanding of the Tamil Nadu market and business landscape

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
