The role involves conducting academic advising sessions, guiding students on course selections, and helping them to achieve their academic goals. The counselor will also communicate regularly with students to ensure their ongoing academic success and well-being. Qualifications Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills Strong Communication skills Experience in Academic Advising and Education Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in educational institutions is a plus Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
