Academic Counselor/Admin

As an Academic Counsellor cum Admin at our Tarnaka Campus in Secunderabad, you will have a dual responsibility of guiding prospective students through counselling sessions and ensuring smooth administrative operations. Your persuasive skills and student-oriented approach will be crucial in achieving admission targets and maintaining a professional campus environment. Key Responsibilities: - Guide and counsel prospective students and parents on courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures. - Follow up with leads through phone, email, and in-person meetings to convert them into admissions. - Meet monthly/quarterly admission targets and contribute to overall sales goals. - Manage student inquiry database and ensure timely communication. - Represent the college at promotional events, education fairs, and other activities. - Oversee daily campus operations and provide administrative support. - Maintain student records, attendance, documentation, and address fee-related queries. - Coordinate with faculty, staff, and departments for smooth academic operations. - Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and extra-curricular activities. - Handle reception duties, walk-in inquiries, and maintain a professional campus environment. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Management, Education, or a related field. - Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counselling, sales, or admissions. - Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to meet sales/admission targets within deadlines. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. - Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
