Responsibilities

• Engage with potential learners to understand their academic and career goals
• Recommend suitable courses that align with individual learning needs
• Deliver impactful counseling sessions to influence decision-making and drive conversions
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with students and guardians throughout the sales cycle
• Manage and update the sales pipeline effectively using CRM tools
• Follow up consistently to move leads through the conversion funnel
• Analyze market trends and learner behavior to refine sales strategy
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly conversion targets through structured communication and follow-ups

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree (Psychology preferred)
• 6+ months experience in counseling or EdTech sales
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools and virtual communication platforms
