Job Description: Admission Counselor

Position: Admission Counselor

Gender: only Female

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Admission Counselor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective students to understand their educational goals and aspirations.
Provide detailed information about our academic programs, admission requirements, and campus facilities.
Guide applicants through the admission process, assisting with application forms, document submission, and deadlines.
Conduct informational sessions and campus tours for prospective students and their families.
Collaborate with academic departments to stay updated on program offerings and admission criteria.
Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events, both on and off-campus.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applicant information and admission statuses.
Address inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in admission policies.
Collaborate with other admission counselors and staff to streamline processes and enhance the overall admission experience.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in using computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
High school diploma or equivalent qualification. (Any Graduate)
1-year minimum experience in the similar industry
