Job Title: Academic Counsellor – Law Programs Location: Bangalore, Karnataka Department: Admissions / Sales Experience: Min 2+ years as SME >TL>Manager on paper as an education counsellor Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Law (LLB/LLM preferred) Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month (based on experience and performance) Language: English, Kannada, Hindi (any other south language will be value added) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and driven Academic Counsellor with a background in law education and experience in student admissions or course sales , especially in the legal or higher education sector . The ideal candidate will guide prospective students toward suitable law programs and help drive enrollments for the institution. Key Responsibilities: Counsel prospective students regarding LLB, LLM, diploma, and certificate law courses offered. Understand student needs and provide accurate course information to guide decision-making. Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and virtual counseling sessions. Stay informed about legal education trends, course structures, and regulatory changes. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLB or LLM). 2–3 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or sales—preferably in a law college or university setting. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed enrollment/sales targets. Strong understanding of legal education systems in India. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and productivity tools (MS Office, Google Workspace).
