Job Description: KEE Learning is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Academic Counselors to join our growing EdTech team. This role is ideal for freshers or individuals with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about education and student success. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with students and parents to guide them on course options and academic planning. Provide detailed information about our programs and services. Assist in the enrollment and onboarding process of students. Maintain follow-up with leads and ensure timely resolution of student queries. Work closely with the sales and academic teams to ensure a seamless student experience. Requirements: Experience: 0–1 year in counseling. Languages: Proficiency in Malayalam and English (both verbal and written). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. Bonus: Experience in the EdTech industry is a plus.
