Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance to students and parents on Digital Marketing courses and career prospects.
• Conduct personalized counseling sessions to help students define their career goals.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, offering tailored advice and support.
• Convert leads into admissions through effective follow-ups via calls and emails.
• Identify and create new opportunities for student enrollment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in English & Malayalam (mandatory).
• Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills.
• Prior experience in sales or digital marketing knowledge is an advantage.
• A proactive and student-focused approach.
