Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with prospective students and parents via phone, email, or in-person.
• Understand student requirements and provide appropriate course/career guidance.
• Explain course details, structure, duration, and benefits.
• Follow up with leads, schedule counseling sessions, and close admissions.
• Maintain records of interactions and conversions in CRM.
• Meet weekly/monthly admission targets.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Persuasive and target-driven
• Prior experience in education counseling / inside sales / telecalling is preferred
• Good command over English and local language
• Comfortable with CRM tools and basic MS Office

Qualifications:

• Any graduate / post-graduate
