The role includes explaining course details, handling inquiries, following up with leads, and supporting the admission process. The candidate should have strong communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to understand students’ needs, with prior experience in counseling or the education sector being an added advantage. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or relevant experience, along with experience in academic counseling. Good communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with basic knowledge of admission procedures and strong organizational abilities.
