Job Title:Academic Counsellor

Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Sunday fixed off)

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: 21000 to ₹25,000 per month (depends on last drawn salary)

education: 10+2 (PUC) or higher.

* Minimum 6 months of experience in counselling, telecalling, or a related role.

* Strong communication skills in **English and Kannada*(both mandatory).

We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented **Academic Counsellor** to guide and assist students in making informed decisions about their career and academic goals. The role involves counselling students interested in aviation and related training programs, ensuring they understand the opportunities and benefits available.

Key Responsibilities:

* Counsel students regarding training programs and career opportunities in the aviation and hospitality sectors.

* Understand student needs and guide them through the admission process.

* Maintain detailed records of student interactions and follow up as required.

* Achieve assigned targets for student enrolments.

* Participate in promotional and outreach activities when needed.

* Good interpersonal and convincing abilities.

* Willingness to work in a target-driven

Additional Information:

* Training period:5 days (no leaves allowed during training; absence will be treated as absconding)

* No PF applicable
