Job Title: Academic Counselor Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience) + Attractive Incentives Experience Required: Minimum 1 year (Sales experience preferred) Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping students, and preferably some experience in sales. You will play a key role in guiding students in selecting suitable academic programs and ensuring successful enrollments. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents regarding educational programs, admission processes, and career paths Handle inbound and outbound calls and follow up on leads and inquiries Convert leads into admissions by understanding student needs and offering appropriate guidance Maintain a detailed database of student interactions and follow-ups Work towards achieving monthly targets and contribute to team performance Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to enhance student engagement Attend training sessions and stay updated with course offerings and industry trends Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: Education, Business, or related fields) Minimum 1 year of experience in counseling or sales (EdTech or education industry preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle pressure and meet targets Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (added advantage) What We Offer: Competitive salary package: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 based on experience Lucrative performance-based incentives Growth opportunities within the organization Supportive work environment and training support Chance to impact students' academic and career journeys Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
