Job Title: Academic Counselor Location: Noida Industry: Inside Sales Age Criteria: Below 30 years Job Description: We are hiring energetic and persuasive Academic Counselors to promote UG and PG courses via phone and email. This role is ideal for dynamic individuals passionate about education and sales. Key Responsibilities: Counsel prospective students about UG/PG courses over calls and emails Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs Follow up on leads and convert them into enrollments Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress Meet and exceed monthly sales targets Requirements: Age: Below 30 years 6 month of experience in inside sales or academic counseling preferred Excellent communication and convincing skills Ability to work in a target-driven environment Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s is a plus Compensation: Attractive salary with performance-based incentives Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): What is your inhand salary ?
