Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide, support, and assist students in choosing the right academic programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to understand student needs, and a passion for helping them achieve their academic and career goals.

Key Responsibilities

Provide counselling to students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and academic pathways.

Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs based on their interests, goals, and eligibility.

Handle inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online channels.

Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.

Support the admissions process by guiding students through documentation, fee structure, and registration procedures.

Achieve monthly targets related to student admissions and conversions.

Participate in outreach activities such as seminars, workshops, and school visits.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

Stay updated on academic programs, industry trends, and institutional guidelines.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication (English & local language preferred).

Strong persuasive and interpersonal abilities.

Good understanding of academic programs, career paths, and student counselling.

Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.

Problem-solving attitude with a positive and empathetic approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
