About the Role

Academic Advisors

Key Responsibilities

Conduct personalized academic counseling sessions with potential students via phone, email, and online platforms.
Understand each students career objectives and recommend relevant
Digital Marketing programs
such as SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Analytics.
Meet or exceed monthly enrollment and sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with leads through timely communication and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrollment details in the
CRM system
.
Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in
Digital Marketing
to provide up-to-date advice.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience:
1–3 years in telesales, inside sales, academic counseling, or a related domain.
Knowledge:
Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative selling skills.
Proven ability to handle objections and help students make informed enrollment decisions.
Target-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales/enrollment goals.
Familiarity with
CRM tools
and proficiency in
Microsoft Office
applications.
