Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic Academic Counsellors – Sales to join our team in HSR Layout, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students, understanding their educational needs, and effectively promoting our academic programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Counsel students on program offerings, career opportunities, and admission processes.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/admission targets.
• Maintain and update the student database and follow up with leads regularly.
• Provide accurate information and resolve queries to ensure a smooth enrolment process.

Requirements:

• 0 to 3 years of experience in Academic Counselling / Sales (Freshers can apply).
• Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.
• Must own a laptop.
• Comfortable working in a night shift.
