Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents. - Understand academic background and career goals of leads to suggest suitable programs. - Deliver professional and persuasive program presentations via phone, email, or video call. - Follow up with leads through CRM and ensure timely closure of admissions. - Meet or exceed monthly admission targets and KPIs. - Maintain accurate records of all interactions and conversions. - Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students. - Stay updated on the latest course offerings, market trends, and competitor strategies. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree (preferred: in Education, Business, or related fields). - Minimum 1 years of proven experience in EdTech/academic counselling/admissions sales. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets. - Fluency in English and Hindi .
