We are seeking a passionate and organized Academic counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and play a key role in supporting their journey with us.
Qualification: -
1) Graduate with a specialization in logistics or a related field
2) Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3) Professional, courteous and client focused demeanor
Responsibilities: -
1)Manage front office operations, including welcoming patients and coordinating appointments
2)Counsel walk-in clients on available programs, services and treatments
3) Follow up with leads through phone, whatsapp or email
4) Maintain accurate client records and ensure smooth, consistent communication
5) Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling and service support

Pay: ₹9,631.78 - ₹26,770.86 per month
