Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Academic Counsellor – EdTech Sales in the North East Region at Infinity Learn. The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for providing student counseling, career counseling, and academic advising. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with students to understand their educational needs, recommending appropriate learning solutions, and maintaining clear and effective communication. The role also involves assisting students with their queries and providing guidance on coursework and career planning.

Qualifications

• Skills in Student Counseling and Academic Advising
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Experience in Career Counseling and Education Advisory
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Previous experience in educational counseling or EdTech sales is a plus
