Job Description

Academic Counsellor Maintain daily records of outreach, leads, and enrollments. Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets. What You Need to Succeed: Strong sales and communication skills (Hindi-speaking must; English is a plus). Confident with cold calling, social media outreach , and in-person interactions. Ability to build trust and explain course value convincingly. Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented. Prior experience in sales/education counselling is a bonus, but not mandatory. Perks & Earnings: Commission: 5% 10% per student enrollment (varies by course) No earning cap – the more students you enroll, the more you earn. Monthly potential: 30,000 – 1,00,000+ Flexible working hours – work from field, home, or institute. Who Should Apply: Freshers, salespeople, field marketers, education agents, tuition center owners.
