Job Description:

We are hiring energetic and enthusiastic Academic Counsellors for our associate firm to guide 11th & 12th standard students regarding academics, stream selection, and career guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding academic options for 11th & 12th
• Guide students in stream and course selection
• Handle walk-in inquiries, calls, and follow-ups
• Maintain counselling records and student data
• Support admission and enrollment process
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (English & Marathi preferred)
• Student-friendly and positive attitude
• Strong counselling and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge

Eligibility:

• Graduate / Post Graduate (Any stream)
• Experience in education counselling preferred but not mandatory
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply
