Academic Advisor- NIGHT SHIFT/FRESHER

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (Night Shift) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth—particularly in international markets like the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other lead generation platforms.
• Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Schedule and attend virtual meetings with international clients and decision-makers.
• Maintain and update the CRM/database with client interactions and follow-ups.
• Achieve weekly/monthly targets for lead generation, meetings, and conversions.
• Coordinate with the internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Follow up with prospects via calls/emails and nurture them into long-term partnerships.
• Provide regular reports on performance metrics and insights to the manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales/business development (preferably in international markets).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in handling cold calls.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work in night shifts (based on international time zones).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
