Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Academic Advisor to join our team. The Academic Advisor will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting students throughout their academic journey. Duties Analyze students' academic progress and provide guidance on course selection Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address academic concerns Communicate university policies and procedures to students Assist in recruiting efforts by participating in admissions events Educate students on degree requirements and academic planning Collaborate with faculty and staff to support student success Conduct interviews to assess students' needs and goals Utilize PeopleSoft or similar systems for student record management Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
