Job Title: Academic Admission Counselor
Location: Noida, Sector 62

Job Type: Full-time | Permanent
Experience Required: 4–5 years
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities.
• Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and digital leads to achieve admission targets.
• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to assist students in selecting suitable courses.
• Coordinate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships to ensure student satisfaction and retention.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
• 4–5 years of proven experience in admissions, student counseling, or education sales.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
• Highly motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
