Monitoring and Maintenance Conduct regular site visits to monitor water treatment systems. Inspect equipment for operational integrity and maintenance needs. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and chemical dosing systems. Water Quality Analysis Collect and analyze water samples using portable test kits and lab instruments. Measure parameters such as pH, TDS, hardness, chlorine, ORP, turbidity, and microbial content. Adjust chemical dosages based on analysis to maintain optimum water quality. Chemical Handling and Treatment Prepare and handle water treatment chemicals (corrosion inhibitors, biocides, coagulants, etc.). Safely store and apply treatment chemicals following MSDS and safety standards. Optimize chemical usage for cost-efficiency and performance. Troubleshooting and Technical Support Identify and diagnose system faults (e.g., scaling, corrosion, fouling). Propose and implement corrective actions. Provide on-site technical support and training to customer personnel. Documentation and Reporting Maintain service logs, reports, and test results for each site visit. Prepare technical service reports, recommendations, and compliance documentation.
