ob Summary We are seeking a passionate and experienced PGT Business Studies Teacher to join our CBSE-affiliated senior secondary school. The ideal candidate will have a strong command over the subject, deep understanding of the CBSE curriculum, and a proven track record of delivering engaging and result-oriented lessons to Grades 11 and 12. Key Responsibilities : Plan and deliver high-quality Business Studies lessons in alignment with the CBSE curriculum. Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments that reflect a deep understanding of business concepts and real-world applications. Assess students’ performance through assignments, tests, projects, and internal assessments as per CBSE guidelines. Guide students in understanding core concepts like Business Environment, Principles of Management, Marketing, Financial Management, and Entrepreneurship. Prepare students for CBSE board examinations with focused teaching strategies, revisions, and mock tests. Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents. Participate in school activities including parent-teacher meetings, school events, and department meetings. Utilize modern teaching aids and digital tools for interactive and effective learning. Support students in academic and career guidance related to commerce and management streams. Stay updated with CBSE circulars, curriculum updates, and best teaching practices. Qualifications : Postgraduate degree (M.Com / M.B.A or equivalent) with specialization in Business Studies / Commerce. B.Ed. (mandatory as per CBSE norms). Minimum 3–5 years of experience teaching Business Studies in a CBSE-affiliated school. Excellent command of English (spoken and written). Proficient in using technology for teaching and assessment.
