ob Summary: We are seeking a passionate and experienced English Teacher for primary grades III to V who can inspire young learners and deliver high-quality instruction aligned with the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, structure, and a student-centered approach to foster literacy, language development, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons in line with the CBSE curriculum for grades III to V. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active learning and student participation. Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to a variety of learning styles and abilities. Use formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback. Integrate technology and activity-based learning to enhance language skills (reading, writing, speaking, and listening). Maintain accurate student records and prepare regular progress reports for parents. Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and staff development sessions. Collaborate with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary projects and co-curricular activities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in English or related field; B.Ed. (mandatory for CBSE schools) Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated school at the primary level Excellent command of spoken and written English Strong classroom management and communication skills Familiarity with child-centric teaching methodologies and CBSE learning outcomes Preferred Skills: Experience in using digital learning tools (e.g., smart boards, Google Classroom) Training in phonics or early literacy programs is an added advantage Enthusiastic, creative, and committed to continuous professional development Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
