The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating new leads, conducting research to identify potential sales prospects, and maintaining a database of contact information. Day-to-day tasks include initiating communications with leads, qualifying these leads through various communication channels, and supporting the sales team in converting identified leads into potential clients. Qualifications Experience in the Upwork Lead Generations Skills in identifying New Leads and Lead Generation Strong Communication skills and the ability to interact with potential clients Experience in Sales and the ability to support sales team activities Research skills to identify potential sales prospects Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and remotely Familiarity with digital transformation technologies is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
