Content Creation & Publishing Develop original, high-quality content (posts, stories, videos, reels). Plan and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing goals. Write engaging captions, hashtags, and copy tailored to each platform. 2. Platform Management Handle daily operations of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok & YouTube. Optimize content formats and posting schedules based on audience behavior. Ensure consistent brand tone and aesthetics. 3. Community Management Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Foster a sense of community and encourage UGC (user-generated content). Monitor conversations and trends to keep the brand relevant. 4. Performance Tracking & Reporting Monitor analytics to track engagement, reach, traffic, and conversions. Generate regular reports with actionable insights. Use tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc. 5. Social Media Campaigns Plan and execute both organic and paid campaigns. Collaborate with influencers, creators, and brand partners. Track ROI and optimize for performance. 6. Brand Monitoring & Crisis Management Monitor sentiment and address negative feedback or public complaints. Act swiftly during crises or PR situations to maintain brand integrity. Alert internal teams to potential risks. 7. Trend & Competitor Analysis Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and content trends. Analyze competitor activities and adjust strategies as needed. Experiment with new features (e.g., Threads, Reels, Live). 8. Collaboration & Cross-Function Support Coordinate with marketing, sales, design, and customer service teams. Support product launches, events, and promotions via social media. Align with SEO and content marketing strategies.
