AAP Developer IT Manager

As a Field Sales Executive at Bharat Bhog Prasadam in Indore, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling spiritual services to potential clients. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers, attending events and exhibitions, and meeting sales targets effectively. The ideal candidate for this full-time on-site position should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a strong technical knowledge of programming languages, software development methodologies, and upcoming technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of developers, designers, and QA engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and training. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality. - Utilize strong technical expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, etc., and familiarity with upcoming technologies like AI, ML, and Blockchain. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their requirements, and ensure client satisfaction. - Work with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products, ensuring they meet quality and functionality standards. - Prioritize tasks effectively, manage time efficiently, and deliver projects and products on time. - Manage project budgets, identify cost-saving measures, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
