Tasks As an International Voice Executive, you will: Handle outbound calls to US clients, generating leads and providing support. Communicate effectively in English to engage with prospects and clients. Follow up with leads to qualify prospects for the sales team. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system. Ensure high-quality customer service with a focus on results. Meet daily and weekly targets related to lead generation. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have: Fluent communication skills in English (written and spoken). Previous experience in lead generation or telecalling is preferred, but not mandatory. Comfortable working night shifts (7:30 PM - 4:30 AM). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients. Ability to work in an office environment . A positive attitude and a goal-oriented mindset.
